Safecoat New Wallboard Primecoat HPV is an environmentally friendly, premium-quality, flat-finish primer specifically created to provide a superior first coat over new wallboard and textured sheetrock. Formulated to solve difficult application problems without the use of toxic and malodorous chemicals, Safecoat Transitional Primer is water-based and formaldehyde-free. This specialty drywall primer is also SCS-Certified and LEED-qualified.
Like all AFM Safecoat products, Primecoat HPV is super low VOC, non-toxic and helps prevent indoor air quality problems without sacrificing quality.

Safecoat All Purpose Exterior Satin
Safecoat All Purpose Exterior Satin is a low VOC, SCS certified and LEED qualified premium paint designed for a variety of exterior surfaces. It has extremely low VOC for sustainability and pollution reduction, and is well suited for buildings in which the health of occupants is a concern, such as schools, hospitals, homes, and offices--anywhere people want to reduce their exposure to toxic chemicals. Safecoat is fully tintable using zero VOC tints. Safecoat paints have almost no odor during application and are odor free once cured. They contain no formaldehyde, ammonia, crystalline silica, ethylene glycol or other highly toxic ingredients.
