Sustainability is the core of our corporate culture and this philosophy is apparent in our products, processes, and business practices. Our leadership believes “how” business is conducted is as important as “what” is produced.

RECLAIM – 3form takes responsibility for its products over the entire life cycle. This program for recycling and reusing materials is a bi-directional process saving our materials from unnecessary landfill use and instead prepares them for reuse.

FULL CIRCLE – Full Circle is the standard by which we design; its objective is to create products that make a positive social impact on the world.

ALTERNATIVE ENERGY – 3form seeks to minimize our environmental footprint by utilizing alternative energy sources. All 3form Sales Representatives carry a TerrapassTM in order to offset CO2 emissions. 3form also purchases clean, renewable wind energy to power our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities.

RECYCLING – 3form strives to set new standards with regard to the overall “greening” of our company. We have implemented a comprehensive corporate recycling program that collects paper, metal, aluminum, plastic, and cardboard in our facilities. We also make every effort to print our collateral on 100% recycled paper.

We believe that our homes and neighborhoods should be healthy, vibrant places that uplift the spirit and gracefully fit our needs. We call for an end to poor construction, bad design, misleading marketing, unfair lending practices and environmental neglect in the housing industry. We acknowledge our collective responsibility to create CLOSE, SIMPLE, LIGHT places to live that leave a positive legacy for future generations.

provides design focused information that homeowners can use to improve the quality of how and where they live. It takes its name from the slow food movement which arose as a reaction to the processed food industry. The sprawl of cookie cutter housing that surrounds us is like fast food - standardized, homogenous, and wasteful. It contributes to a too fast life that is bad for us, our cities, and the environment. In the same way that slow food raises awareness of the food we eat and how these choices affect our lives, Slow Home empowers you to take more control of your home and improve the quality of how you live while reducing your environmental impact and futureproofing the long term investment value of your home.
