Idea
It is an architectural quality house at an affordable price. This has been the clear and ambitious objective for the architects of the ONVhouse. The result is a beautiful, up to date and simple wood house which is suitable for vacation as well as year-round house for the modern family – and that is at a reasonable price.
Contractor
The ONVhouse is a simple and minimalist house manufactured by the HP group, who has more than 50 years of experience in building houses. The HP group has the objective never to compromise the quality.
The interior
The ONVhouse is produced in five different variations, but is based on the same plan solution to reduce costs. The ONVhouse has a furnished kitchen, bathroom, a utility room if necessary, and one or two rooms – the bigger room can be turned into two rooms – plus a big living room with access to a roofed terrace.
The exterior
The facade can be installed with louvers, which can either block the sun in the dining area or shelter the terrace prolonging the season for outdoor living.
Building process
The disposition of the rooms secures that the house can be manufactured in pre-fabricated elements that are easy to handle. This minimizes the costs and reduces the construction time. Thereby diminishing the risk of unpleasant surprises at the building site; such as failed supplies, shifting weather or unstable workforce.
The house is delivered fully assembled ready to be mounted on the base and then the horizontal strip cladding of Siberian larch is added. It is a highly insulated, healthy wood construction which is also both rational and resource-minimizing compared to traditional houses.
Flexibility
It is easy to expand the ONVhouse with one or two rooms, depot etc. You just add an extra section.
You decide
It is possible for the owner to participate in the building process by taking care of the final finishing – outside as well as inside.
The phases
Our employees will help you from start to finish through all the phases of the building process.
We will help the owner make the best decisions regarding materials and furnishing to ensure that all his expectations to his architectural dream house are fulfilled.

We believe that our homes and neighborhoods should be healthy, vibrant places that uplift the spirit and gracefully fit our needs. We call for an end to poor construction, bad design, misleading marketing, unfair lending practices and environmental neglect in the housing industry. We acknowledge our collective responsibility to create CLOSE, SIMPLE, LIGHT places to live that leave a positive legacy for future generations.
provides design focused information that homeowners can use to improve the quality of how and where they live. It takes its name from the slow food movement which arose as a reaction to the processed food industry. The sprawl of cookie cutter housing that surrounds us is like fast food - standardized, homogenous, and wasteful. It contributes to a too fast life that is bad for us, our cities, and the environment. In the same way that slow food raises awareness of the food we eat and how these choices affect our lives, Slow Home empowers you to take more control of your home and improve the quality of how you live while reducing your environmental impact and futureproofing the long term investment value of your home.
